Each patch provides up to 8 hours of consistent warmth once opened. Results may vary slightly depending on clothing layers and surrounding temperature.

How quickly does it heat up?
You'll start feeling warmth within minutes of applying. Full heat is typically reached within 5 minutes.

Is it safe for daily use?
Yes. Allevise patches are completely drug-free and use natural thermotherapy. We recommend one patch per joint area per day and advise against use on broken or irritated skin.

Can I wear it under clothing?
Absolutely. The patch is thin and flexible, designed to sit discreetly under trousers, tights, or work attire without discomfort.

Do I need to do anything to activate it?
No buttons, no microwave, no hot water. Just open the pack and it activates automatically on contact with air.

Is it suitable for all ages?
Recommended for adults aged 18 and above. Not suitable for children or those with heat-sensitive skin conditions.

Do not use if you have heat-sensitive skin, poor circulation, diabetes, or nerve damage that affects sensation. Do not apply over wounds, rashes, or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Can I use it while sleeping?
No. Do not wear the patch while sleeping. Only use while awake and able to monitor skin sensation.

Is it suitable for pregnant women?
We recommend consulting your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying health condition.

What if I experience skin irritation?
Remove the patch immediately if you experience redness, itching, burning, or discomfort beyond normal warmth. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
